Batangas
Batangas's 1st district
Incumbent Eric Buhain (Nacionalista Party) is running for a second term. Buhain was elected with 45.29% of the vote in 2022.
Batangas's 2nd district
Incumbent Gerville Luistro (Lakas–CMD) is running for a second term. Luistro was elected under the Nationalist People's Coalition with 43.21% of the vote in 2022.
Batangas's 3rd district
Incumbent Maria Theresa Collantes (Nationalist People's Coalition) is term-limited. Collantes was re-elected with 60.93% of the vote in 2022.
Batangas's 4th district
Incumbent Lianda Bolilia (Nacionalista Party) is term-limited. Bolilia was re-elected with 73.06% of the vote in 2022.
Batangas's 5th district
Incumbent Marvey Mariño (Nacionalista Party) is term-limited. Mariño was re-elected with 91.98% of the vote in 2022.

The seat is vacant after Ralph Recto (Nacionalista Party) resigned on January 12, 2024, upon his appointment as Secretary of Finance. Recto was elected unopposed in 2022.
