It has the same characteristics and colors as the National Flag but in the centre of the flag is the coat of arms of Siam during the reign of King Chulalongkorn (Rama V), with the words "To Protect the People's Peace" (พิทักษ์สันติราษฎร์ – pronounce "Pitak Santiraj") embroidered in silver metallic threads embracing the underside of the coat of arms. |
