Political career

Yüksel was formerly a member of the Centre Party but was expelled in 2018 after being in touch with the ultra-nationalist Turkish organization Gray Wolves. In 2019, he founded the Nuance Party, a party which claims to represent minorities in Sweden. In 2023, Yüksel stated that one of the main goals of the Nuance Party is to remove Hamas from the EU terrorist list.
