Bacolod
Mayor of Bacolod
Incumbent Albee Benitez (Independent) is running for the House of Representatives in Bacolod's lone legislative district. Benitez was elected under PDP–Laban with 61.54% of the vote in 2022.
Vice Mayor of Bacolod
Term-limited incumbent El Cid Familiaran (Lakas–CMD) is running for mayor of Bacolod. Familiaran was re-elected under the Nacionalista Party with 48.79% of the vote in 2022.
Bacolod City Council
The Bacolod City Council consists of 14 councilors, 12 of whom are elected.
Negros Occidental
Governor of Negros Occidental
Incumbent Eugenio Jose Lacson (Nationalist People's Coalition) is running for a third term. Lacson was re-elected with 92.63% of the vote in 2022.
Vice Governor of Negros Occidental
Incumbent Jeffrey Ferrer (National Unity Party/United Negros Alliance) is running for the House of Representatives in Negros Occidental's 4th legislative district. Ferrer was re-elected with 92.06% of the vote in 2022.
Negros Occidental Provincial Board
The Negros Occidental Provincial Board is composed of 15 board members, 12 of whom are elected.
Negros Occidental's 1st provincial district
Negros Occidental's 1st provincial district consists of the same area as Negros Occidental's 1st legislative district. Two board members are elected from this provincial district.
Negros Occidental's 2nd provincial district
Negros Occidental's 2nd provincial district consists of the same area as Negros Occidental's 2nd legislative district. Two board members are elected from this provincial district.

Negros Oriental
Governor of Negros Oriental
Incumbent Chaco Sagarbarria (Partido Federal ng Pilipinas) is running for a first full term. Sagarbarria became governor on May 31, 2023, and is the fourth governor since the 2022 election.
Pryde Henry Teves (then affiliated with the Nationalist People's Coalition) was initially declared to be the winner in the 2022 election. However, on October 3, 2022, the Commission on Elections declared Roel Degamo (Nacionalista Party) the winner in the 2022 election following an electoral protest. Degamo took office on October 5, with Teves stepping down on October 11.
On March 4, 2023, Degamo was assassinated and was succeeded by Guido Reyes (Nacionalista Party), the vice governor. Reyes died on May 31, and was succeeded by Chaco Sagarbarria (then affiliated with the Nationalist People's Coalition), the vice governor after Reyes became governor.
Vice Governor of Negros Oriental
Incumbent Jake Reyes (Independent) is running for a first full term. Jake Reyes became vice governor on May 31, 2023, and is the third vice governor since the 2022 election.
Guido Reyes (Nacionalista Party) was elected in the 2022 election. When Governor Roel Degamo (Nacionalista Party) was assassinated on March 4, 2023, Guido Reyes became governor and was succeeded by Chaco Sagarbarria (then affiliated with the Nationalist People's Coalition), a member of the Negros Oriental Provincial Board for the 2nd provincial district. Sagarbarria became governor on May 31, after Governor Guido Reyes died, with Jake Reyes, a provincial board member for the 1st provincial district, becoming vice governor.

Governor of Siquijor
Incumbent Jake Vincent Villa (Partido Federal ng Pilipinas) is running for a second term. Villa was elected under the Nationalist People's Coalition with 50.96% of the vote in 2022.
Vice Governor of Siquijor
Term-limited incumbent Mei Ling Quezon (Aksyon Demokratiko) is running for the House of Representatives in Siquijor's lone legislative district. Quezon was re-elected under the Nationalist People's Coalition with 57.44% of the vote in 2022.
Siquijor Provincial Board
The Siquijor Provincial Board is composed of nine board members, six of whom are elected.
Siquijor's 1st provincial district
Siquijor's 1st provincial district consists of the municipalities of Enrique Villanueva, Larena and Siquijor. Three board members are elected from this provincial district.
Siquijor's 2nd provincial district
Siquijor's 2nd provincial district consists of the municipalities of Lazi, Maria and San Juan. Three board members are elected from this provincial district.
