Glucan 1,4-α-maltotriohydrolase (EC 3.2.1.116, exo-maltotriohydrolase, maltotriohydrolase, 1,4-α-D-glucan maltotriohydrolase) is an enzyme with systematic name 4-α-D-glucan maltotriohydrolase. It catalyses the hydrolysis of (1→4)-α-D-glucosidic linkages in amylaceous polysaccharides, to remove successive maltotriose residues from the non-reducing chain ends.

The products have the α-configuration.
