Village in Kaunas County, Lithuania
Medininkai ('foresters, woodsmen', formerly Russian : Мѣдники, Polish : Miedniki ) is a village in Kėdainiai district municipality , in Kaunas County , in central Lithuania . According to the 2011 census, the village had a population of 62 people. It is located 7 kilometres (4.3 mi) from Dotnuva town, 5 kilometres (3.1 mi) from Meironiškiai , nearby the Smilga river, surrounded by the Josvainiai Forest and the Krakės-Dotnuva Forest . There is a former school.
