Chemical compound

Dysprosium iodate is an inorganic compound with the chemical formula Dy(IO3)3. It can be obtained by the reaction of dysprosium nitrate or dysprosium chloride and iodic acid at 200 °C. It exists in two crystal forms: α-form and β-form. Its solubility in water at 25 °C is 1.010±0.001 10 mol·dm). Adding ethanol or methanol to water will reduce the solubility.
