Oblix or Oblix at The Shard is an English gourmet restaurant located in The Shard near London bridge. The head chef is English chef Eliot Eudes. In 2022, Country and Town House named Oblix "Restaurant of the Week".

History

Oblix at The Shard was founded in September 2012 on the 32nd floor of The Shard skyscraper in St Thomas St, London by restaurateur Rainer Becker. Oblix is located in Europe's tallest building, The Shard and offers urban dining with a view of London. Oblix offers dishes from the Josper, spit roast and wood-fired ovens from the open kitchen. Oblix at The Shard was styled by Claudio Silvestrin. Oblix offers its customers a dual dining experience with a general dining room and a lounge that serves cocktails, deli lunches and a la carte menus.

Food

Oblix offers several open fire grill & rotisserie as well as vegetarian and vegan dishes. Its cuisine are more of modern food than classical food itself.
