Elections to the Nevada Assembly was held on November 5, 2024. Elections were also be held in the state for U.S. President, U.S. Senate, U.S. House of Representatives, and for the Nevada Senate. Primary elections were held on June 11, 2024.
On Election Day, Republicans made a net gain of one seat and broke the Democratic two-thirds supermajority, but they were unable to make further gains. The Nevada Independent partially attributed the underwhelming Republican gains to the impact of gerrymandering imposed by the Democratic-controlled Nevada Legislature in 2021.
